Hi! I am excited to introduce myself to you. 

Like many when 2019 came along and everyone got locked in, I began to change. On top of being someone who was very social(prior to the pandemic), I had a new born baby, and was finishing the credential program. HELLO, postpartum depression, virtual learning, and what seemed like never ending chaos. I made a decision. I began to focus on the only thing I could control.. my health. As I started on my healing/health journey, I started sharing my journey on social media. I shared my mental health journey as a new mom during postpartum, I shared the struggles of being an educator during virtual learning, as well as a parent and a student finishing school. I share the struggles of being a step parent and a toddler mom all on social media. I am so excited for you to get to know me more here.
